That's why we're dedicated to hiring, developing, and championing women across every department and at all levels within our organisation.When we asked our female colleagues about their journey into the technology industry, we were inspired by their stories. Only 10% had considered a career in technology from a young age, yet an impressive 75% now hold relevant qualifications for working within the tech or apprenticeship sector.Our third slide showcases some of our female colleagues' fantastic attitudes and positive opinions about working in tech. The stats here at Aptem show that this is not just lip service, but our standard. Last year we welcomed Logistics UK, one of the UK’s largest trade associations, to Aptem. Our friends over at University Vocational Awards Council (UVAC) have developed the following 3-hour FREE modules as part of the delivery of the DfE fully-funded Apprenticeship Workforce Development (AWD) Programme. These are modules available to all training providers:✅ Planning the integration of on-the-job and off-the-job learning/training (Delivery staff)✅ Designing and delivering effective end-point assessment throughout the apprenticeship (Delivery Staff)✅ Planning effective curriculum design for apprenticeships (Managers and Delivery Staff)✅ Planning and maintaining high-quality and effective teaching and training (Managers and Delivery staff)This programme aims to focus on the withdrawals of apprenticeships increasing the achievement rate of all apprenticeships to the DfE target of 67% by 2025.
