Clouds will be stubborn in the higher terrain of northern areas, with more sun south and in the valleys. Snow showers will linger in the northern Green Mountains.Partial clearing arrives Wednesday night, with lows in the teens.Thursday will start with sun, fading to clouds later in the day.
