Jaimie Goodman is a judge for the Fifteenth Circuit Court in Florida. He was elected to the court in 2014 for a term beginning on January 6, 2015, and expiring on January 4, 2021.[1]
Education
Goodman received both his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Cornell University in 1979 and 1982, respectively.[2][2]
Career
Prior to his judicial election in 2014, Goodman worked as an attorney in private practice for twenty-one years. He also previously worked as a litigator for a Fortune 500 company for ten years.[2]

Goodman ran for election to the Fifteenth Circuit Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 54.94 percent of the vote.He competed against Maxine Cheesman and Peggy Rowe-Linn.[1][3]
2012
Goodman ran for election to the Fifteenth Circuit Court on August 14, 2012, but was defeated by incumbent Judge Ronald V. Alvarez after receiving 49.1% of the vote.[4]
