I wanted to take a minute and thank the manager, Ryan. My card didn't want to work at the drive thru even though I had the money. And I don't carry cash. I was perfectly fine driving without any of the stuff I ordered. And he instead told me "no worries I got it" I couldn't believe he said that. I said you don't need to. Bit he did. And my son and I can't be more grateful to his selfless act. I hope you have so much good happen to you. Thank you so much ryan again.
Just visited this location (at 6:30pm). The restaurant looked open (as any fast food place should be at dinner time). Pull up to the speaker and there's a handwritten sign saying that they can only accept exact change for cash, or credit. I was paying credit so I pulled up to place my order. At this point a worker came on the speaker and told me that they were closed. No signage (saying they're closed) and, again, it was 6:30 in the evening. The worst part? This is the third time this has happened to me at this Sonic. I love Sonic, but I am unlikely to return to this location.
Worst experience in my life I ordered the spicy bacon steak grilled cheese and they literally handed me a burnt sandwich smh this place needs to be closed immediately! The customer service sucks on top of that the lady at the window was using heavy profanity very unprofessional!! Don't go here and waste your money or you'll regret it!

Where’s the beef on this Sonic Bacon Stack? Staff would not entertain fixing the problem nor did the mobile app work. $26 for lunch for 2 people is laughable. I used to love Sonic but this location - the last in the Lehigh Valley BTW - just soured it all.
Immediately No!! The place is filthy, inside and out! The person upgraded my order to a large without asking me. My drink lid was covered with black spots. It was dinner time and I got a breakfast sandwich I waited awhile for it to be cold and definitely not fresh. My large tots I was upgraded to was literally a small. When I told the person at the window she said they probably fell in the bag which they did not. They were also cold and stale she told me the person would drop more which obviously meant they weren't filled because they ran out. When getting the tots back she handed me the bacon that she forgot to add the first time. The bread on the sandwich was also so stale my dog didn't even want it. The person in the back was leaning on the food counter on her phone and the person in the front was mopping while handling my food in between. I also saw her roll her eyes when I asked about my tots. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I don't see how this place has 3.5 stars. The health inspector should also be called expeditiously.
